Battery foil is a kind of material used for making current collector of lithium ion battery. It is mainly made
of aluminum alloy 1235,1060 and 1070,and its' commonly used thickness is between 10~50 μ m.With
the progress and development of lithium ion battery industry, battery foil is developing in the direction of
high purity aluminum on adoption of alloy.

Battery soft package foil is applied to soft package lithium battery, polymer lithium battery and other types of lithium battery, battery soft package foil is in the liquid lithium ion battery covered with a layer of polymer shell.

Soft package battery in the structure of aluminum foil packaging, in the event of safety risks in the case of soft package battery will only blow apart, unlike the steel aluminum shell cell that will explode.

There are two kinds of packaging, which is eye to wall or eye to sky. Customers can choose either of them for their convenience. Generally speaking, there are 2 tons in one package, and loading 18-22 tons in 1×20′ container, and 20-24 tons in 1×40′ container.
