PE(polyester) coating:high molecular polymer as monomer and addition of alkyd, is an UV-resistant coating. It can be classified matt and glossy according to coating gloss. The compact molecule structure, makes paint surface luster and smooth，which assure good printing on the panel surface. With an warranty of 8-10 years for weather resistance, it is specially applied for internal decoration and sign board.
Building (aluminium-plastic panel, aluminum honeycomb, roof corrugated board, fire veneer, aluminum ceiling, window-shades, roller shutter door, garage door, awning, overboard gutter), electric products (computer case, electrical panel), light-fixture, furniture, solar reflector, air duct, etc.
Coating thickness: PVDF>=25micron PE>=18micron
Glossiness: 10-90% ,Coating hardness: greater than 2H, Adhesion: not less than level 1
Impact resistance: 50kg/cm No paint peeling and no cracks, PE color is used for 20 years, and PVDF color is used for 30 years, without discoloration and paint.
