1050 Aluminum Coil Introduction and Applications
1050 belongs to Type 1 pure aluminum (Al ≥ 99.50%), which is a commonly used pure aluminum coil in industry. It has excellent properties in forming, electrical conductivity and heat conductivity, corrosion resistance, and a moderate cost. It is supplied in coil form, facilitating continuous stamping, bending, cutting and coating processes.
I. Basic Characteristics
• Alloy grade: 1050/1050A, pure aluminum series, not heat-treatable strengthened
Common states: O state (soft state, easy to stretch and bend), H14/H18/H24 (semi-hard/hard state, maintains shape and is not prone to deformation)
• Core Advantage
Excellent plasticity, easy for stamping, stretching, spinning and bending processes.
2. Excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, second only to 1060/1070.
3. Excellent resistance to atmospheric corrosion. The surface can be oxidized, polished or sprayed.

• Compatibility: 0.5 - 2.0mm, O/H14 state, balance of formability and structural strength

• Applications: Metal nameplates, identification plates, decorative panels, hardware stamping accessories, curtain wall decorative components
• Compatibility: 0.3 - 1.5mm, H14/H24 state, not prone to deformation, easy to print/oxidize
